Fresh Mango and Pineapple Salsa

INGREDIENTS:       
2 fresh mangoes , diced    
¼ cup thinly diced fresh pineapple     
¼ red bell pepper , coarsely chopped    
¼ green bell pepper , coarsely chopped     
1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and minced finely (for more heat use a Habanero!)    
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil     
1 clove garlic , minced finely     
1 red onion , finely diced     
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro     
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, or lemon juice

PREPARATION:
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.

DEGUSTATION:
Serve the salsa at room temperature with fresh fish tacos,  chips (and homemade fresh lime Margarita!!) or over grilled tuna,  salmon, chicken or pork! Deliciously fresh!!
